It is one of the most beautiful drives in the world. It is about 52 miles long and goes over 59 bridges, 620 curves and the town of Paia. There are multiple spots here that you can stop and marvel at. There’s Hookipa Beach. Because of the consistent winds and big waves here, this beach is a mecca for windsurfers and kiteboarders. Twin Falls is also a famous spot on the Road to Hana tour. This is the first waterfall with easy access so you will always see cars parked here. Oheo Gulch is also located on the Road to Hana. This place is part of the Haleakala National Park. It is also called the Seven Sacred Pools. Guests often come here to take in the surroundings and swim in the many pools that are here.

Guests can choose how they want to do this tour. Some guests rent cars and do the drive themselves. Others join the Sightseeing Tours in Hana. There are boons to both ways. If you choose to drive yourself, then you will be able to go at your own pace. You can stop and take pictures as much as you want. However, always be careful since the Road to Hana is winding and narrow. Always exercise caution when driving.
