Picks Of The Day For August 2, 2018
In a continuing effort to keep all Maui Real Estate Buyers informed of what I feel are the best buys in the current marketplace, here are my Maui Real Estate Picks of the day for August 2, 2018. All of these properties are hand picked by me and are usually a combination of brand new listings, significant price reductions, or properties that are falling out of contract and will be available to a new buyer shortly. Maui Homes Over $5M
Yep, $49M not a typo-Calling all Billionaires. Your next home needs to be on Maui. This is the most impressive property to come on the market in several years in my opinion. A buyer dropped $40M+ on a Makena property a couple years ago that wasn’t even oceanfront, now is your opportunity to own Maui’s most residential estate. A recently and exquisitely remodeled massive 8BD./8.5BA estate on almost 10 acres of pristine Kapalua oceanfront land. Sprecks is sort of the Wailea of the area and this property is owned by a very prominent Maui developer. The property is within short walking distance to the Country Club and a beautiful white sandy beach. This home is truly built and finished immaculately.

I love the fact that the home does have a partial ocean view and an awesome view of the lush slopes of Haleakala as well.

The home was completely rebuilt in the last couple of years and serves as a clean slate for a new buyer. The view of Iao Valley and the lush Mauna Kahalawiai from the back deck and backyard is UNREAL. One of my best friends owns a home in this neighborhood with this same view and it is mesmerizing.
Maui Homes Under $1M
Originally priced at $1.2M and now at a little more than $800k, there is huge potential for this bank owned home in Haiku on 1.5 acres with an ocean view. There is no question that the home and property are in need of love but this is a huge house and I think is a great buy for someone with the skillset and/or budget to give it the love that it deserves.
Great price reduction from $849K to $799k on this single level home on a half acre in the heart of Kula. It is very rare that you find a 5 bedroom at this price point. Furthermore, floor plan allows for one wall to be constructed to separate into a 3 bd/2bd. main home and 2bd/1ba attached cottage for supplemental rental income. I love the big porch, the nice grassy lawn, and all of the beautiful fruit trees on the property.
Recent $25K price reduction on this residential condo home in the heart of Napili. The home is within walking distance to Honokana Cove (unreal snorkeling) and the very popular Napili Bay. The home is well kept and has a nice ocean view as well from the second story.
Brand new listing of a starter home just a few steps away from Makawao town proper. This is a 2 home residential condo and the house does need some work but residential options under $400k in Maui are extremely rare. This will be a great home for someone to start ownership here on Maui.
Maui Condos Under $800K
Falling out of contract at the very popular and rarely available Villas at Kehalani development right below Wailuku Heights. Great design and finish on these townhomes that are about 10 years old but are in great condition. Chic urban living in Central Maui at its finest.
Excellent entry level 2bd. residential condo in Napili. This is a great option for those looking to get into the West Maui market for a 2bd. under $400k. This complex is well kept and is minutes away from all that makes upper West Maui so magical.
