Hana Guidebook

The culture of Hana is something that is very special and is not a place that everyone should consider purchasing real estate. The lifestyle in Hana contains a constant battle to endure a relentless barrage of weather. This makes maintenance difficult because the rate of growth for the foliage is extremely fast. Fighting back the jungle from taking over your yard is a typical constant battle in Hana Real Estate Properties. In addition, the consistent moisture and wind make the structures more difficult to maintain than most. However, if you are looking to get away from the hustle of Maui and live in the country. Hana might be the ideal place for you to be. If you are visiting and want to go check it out without staying there the road to Hana can typically be driven in one day. A day trip to Hana will generally allow you to see many of the highlights and points of interest.

“The Hana community is one of the most unique places on the planet. The laid back lifestlye is not for everyone for many once they go to Hana, they never come back.”

– Jeremy Stice, Realtor (B)
