The Honolua Bay is part of a marine preserve located on the north-western tip of the island of Maui. This beach is good for different things depending on the season. During the winter months, this beach turns into the perfect surfing location. With huge waves rolling in, only the best surfers should try it here. It isn’t common for a surfer to get knocked out when they hit the rocks and drown. During the summer months, this is a perfect place for snorkeling and scuba diving although you might need to swim out more.
