Chef Kojima put all of his experience in crafting the menu of his restaurant here in Maui. They offer authentic Japanese dishes like sushi, sashimi, bento and hot entrees.

Before moving to Maui, Hatch owned and operated Serpico’s in New Jersey. He oversaw it for 15 years before moving to Maui. He brought along the authentic recipes and traditions that made them famous in Jersey. They have a wide selection of authentic New Jersey style pizzas. If you aren’t in the mood for pizza, you can choose from their assorted sandwiches and burgers. They also serve dinner. Their dinner choices include, Serpico’s Spaghetti and Meatballs, Penne Verde, Lasagna, Ravioli and Penne ala Vodka.
